Prices are confirmed in a written quotation after we check your installation and scope. This website accepts enquiries; it does not take payment, activate a licence or provide a download.

Customer-hosted

Your premises or your own cloud account. A one-time software licence includes one year of standard support. Your IT team operates the server, security and backups.

Continue using the purchased version after support ends.
Standard implementation is a separately itemised package.
Renew support or purchase help when needed.
Your cloud provider's recurring charges remain your responsibility.

A separate installation for your organization, operated by NexinApps. Software access, hosting operations and standard support are covered by the recurring service agreement.

Capacity, billing period and renewal price are agreed before purchase.

Data handover and cancellation terms are agreed upfront.

Shared SaaS

A future service for customers who prefer a shared hosting platform. There is no shared SaaS plan, price or launch date to sign up for here.

Self-service subscriptions are not open.
Customer-hosted and dedicated-hosting enquiries are the current routes.
HR workspaces have no advertising-based offer.

One-time software licence

Your purchased version keeps working.

The customer-hosted licence grants continued use of the purchased version within its agreed scope. Support is a service with an end date; ending it does not end that software right.

Continued use: No software renewal fee is required to keep using your purchased version. Versions supplied under your included maintenance remain usable within the same licence scope.
Connectivity: Business changes do not depend on an online NexinApps licence check. Users still need access to your application server. Cloud access, remote assistance and any agreed external service need their own connectivity.
Licence scope: Customer-hosted licences have no employee-count limit or per-employee software fee. The quotation identifies the purchasing organization and installation, included modules and implementation work. Server capacity, concurrent users and data volume are assessed separately. Additional installations or services need a separate quotation.
Reinstallation: Replacement or recovery within the same licensed scope does not require buying the software again. Installation assistance and a move to a larger scope can carry separately agreed charges. Keep the supplied release, configuration and backups.
Data & software: Your organization owns its operational data. NexinApps retains ownership of its reusable software. A standard licence does not transfer source code, resale rights or ownership of the product.
Updates: Standard support includes applicable maintenance fixes for the agreed supported release. New features, major upgrades and new integrations are not a promise of free future development. Any paid upgrade is quoted before you choose it.

One complete written quotation.

Send your approximate employee count, organization and branch structure, preferred hosting arrangement, and attendance device models. Do not email confidential employee records.

Request a NexinHR quotation

Your quotation separates the software licence or recurring service, standard implementation, additional work, and applicable taxes. It states the currency, total payable, payment milestones, quotation validity and cancellation/refund terms before acceptance.

It also records capacity and scope limits, the supported release and environment, acceptance criteria, support dates and service boundaries. Hosted quotes include renewal, backups, retention and exit arrangements. Items described as included must be listed explicitly.

No free edition, trial, promotion or money-back guarantee is offered on this page. A perpetual licence is continued software use; it does not include perpetual support, hosting or every future upgrade.
