NexinHR is a browser-based application. Ask us to review your server environment, access needs and backup arrangements before arranging on-premises setup. Supported server and database versions will be published with the installation guide.

How do I arrange NexinHR setup?

Tell us whether you prefer an on-premises installation or NexinApps hosting, your approximate employee count, and the attendance and payroll workflows you need. This is a setup enquiry, not an order; a self-service installer is not provided through this website.

Does every employee need a database installation?

No. Employees access the application through a browser. Server and database preparation belong to the installation environment, not each employee's device. Final installation requirements will be provided with the release.

Is ongoing support required to use the software?

The customer-hosted one-time licence includes one year of standard support. After that, support renewal is optional: your purchased version keeps working. You can arrange paid help or visits when needed. Dedicated hosting is a recurring service with its own paid access term.

Does the customer-hosted licence require an online check for business changes?

No. Business changes do not depend on an online NexinApps licence check. Users still need access to the application server, and remote support or external services need their own connectivity.

Is this a payroll filing service?

No. Statutory filing and final payroll responsibility remain with your authorised payroll team.

Can I buy or download NexinHR here?
